Group IVB S.A. is an independent specialist distributor of sports, running and outdoor brands for the Caribbean. We operate with our own infrastructure — warehousing, logistics and a dedicated team — built exclusively around sports categories.

Our headquarters are in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, with commercial operations and logistics hubs spanning Florida, the Colón Free Zone in Panama, and Santo Domingo. This three-hub model lets us serve the full Caribbean basin with the speed and reliability brands expect.

We believe the outdoors holds endless opportunities for personal growth, adventure and connection. We exist to make sure the right products are available to the right people — in the right stores, at the right price, at the right time.

Our own infrastructure.

Group IVB operates with its own dedicated infrastructure — not a shared or borrowed network, but an operation built specifically for sports, running and outdoor categories across the Caribbean.

This means brands working with IVB don't need to build a regional operation from scratch. Warehousing, customs clearance, logistics, key account relationships and retail presence are already running at scale.

We are not a generalist distributor that also handles sports. Sports is all we do — and our entire infrastructure is organized around making that work.
